Leadership Training Winter 2023

Dear WISE NL member,

We have now reopened the doors to our very popular Leadership Program to offer subsidized skill-builder training in collaboration with the WinSETT Centre. The WinSETT’s Skill Builder sessions are intended to empower and help women in early/mid SETT career reach their professional goals through enhanced leadership competencies. These are the upcoming online offerings:

Collaboration and Teamwork Tune-up (running on Tuesdays, 2:30 – 4:00pm)

• Difficult to Effective Conversations: Feb. 28, 2023
• Fundamentals of Leading Change: March 07, 2023

Supervisor/Senior Leader Starter Pack (running on Wednesdays, 2:30 – 4:00pm)

• Unconscious Bias: Match 08, 2023
• Microaggressions: March 15, 2023
• Allyship for Everyone: April 05, 2023
• Recruiting SETT Women: April 12, 2023
• Retaining SETT Women: April 19, 2023
• Towards Respectful and Inclusive Workplaces: April 26, 2023

Provided you a member in good standing, you can attend for free if you are a student/apprentice/unwaged; if employed, you pay only 50% of the regular ($75 plus taxes and fees) cost per session.
