    Overview

    WISE NL, in partnership with the Faculty of Engineering & Applied Science and the WinSETT Centre, is proud to host the popular WinSETT Centre Leadership Program.

    The WinSETT Centre develops and delivers professional development for up and coming leaders tailored to early and mid-career female engineering, science, trades and technology professionals and the people with whom they work.

    Currently, we offer the WinSETT Centre’s Leadership Skill Builders online.

    New for Fall 2023

    All WISE NL members in good standing may avail of our subsidized leadership training in collaboration with the WinSETT Centre.

    The WinSETT’s Skill Builder sessions aim to empower and help women in SETT reach their professional goals through enhanced leadership competencies. This fall the theme is Insider Essentials and includes five topics offered online.

    WISE NL members are eligible to access the training for free provided they are a student/apprentice/unwaged; Employed members pay only 50% of the regular cost ($75 plus taxes and fees) per session.

    To apply, please complete the Application Form which will be assessed on a first-come-first-served basis.
