Susan Hollett is President of Hollett & Sons Inc., a consultancy specializing in Facilitation, Evaluation and Planning. In 17 years of consulting practice, Susan has worked extensively with women - specifically those advocating for economic autonomy via entrepreneurship or working in non-traditional careers (Science, Engineering, Trades and Technology).

Susan led the evaluation of the WISENL Student Summer Employment Evaluation and her work as a facilitator, evaluator and planner with Women in Science, Engineering, Trades and Technology (WinSETT) has been ongoing for 10 years and continues to be a mutually rewarding experience with the latest project is the development and delivery of a leadership program for early career women in SETT. On the volunteer side, Susan spent 6 years as member and VP of the Provincial Advisory Council on the Status of Women and is one of the founding members of the Newfoundland and Labrador Organization of Women Entrepreneurs pre-curser (Women's Enterprise Bureau) and has collaborated with them on various initiatives over the last decade and a half.

Susan's educational background is in Political Science with a MSc from the London School of Economics. She is continually updating her skills through training, conferences and certifications - she is a Certified Professional Facilitator, a Certified Management Consultant and a Credentialed Evaluator.

Her loves include her family, being active (preferably outdoors), and choral singing. She is a serial volunteer with current governance engagements with Memorial University Genesis Centre, the Canadian Evaluation Society (Newfoundland and Labrador Chapter) and the Host Committee of the Provincial Winter Games scheduled for 2014 in Clarenville.
